Hi,
The app HP Quickdrop works not always.
It says : long drift occured, refer to log for details.
However there's no log to be found..
What's the solution please?

I see that you are facing issues with your HP QuickDrop. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.
May I know from when are you facing this issue?
Did you make any changes to it?
I would suggest you uninstall the software, restart your computer, download a fresh copy of the software, install it, and launch it. Here is a link that might be helpful: CLICK HERE

Hi,
Thank you for your reaction.
The problem occured after a while using HP QuickDrop, in the beginning it worked fine.
I followed your advice by uninstalling the PC- and Android apps.
I reinstalled them both, and for now, it seems to work good.
