HP Simple Save 500gb

HP Simple Save External Hard Drive

I have a HP Simple Save External HArd drive.. I bought in 2008 and saved and used it for 1 or 2 yrs.. Something happened during backup or recovery and i am not able to se any of my contents.. What is the best possible way to get this rectified and reciovered so tat I can get hold of my old pictures, videos etc...

 

 

Can you recommend any HP service centrs that can help such recovery process? How much would they cost normally..
