HP Support Assistant not compatible w/ Windows Hyper-V

Envy 750-247c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy 750-247c which is running Win10 Pro + Hyper-V

After creating a virtual switch in Hyper-V, the HP Support Assistant can no longer connect to the network.

 

When will HP fix this software bug, or offer a workaround.

 

The versions installed on my machine are as follows:


Support Assistant 8.3.34.7
Framework: 12.5.32.37
Configuration files: 8.0.6393.2110

@bjw1075, welcome to the forum.

 

This is a peer to peer help forum. The only presence that HP has on it are the Admins and the Mods. Otherwise, none of us works for HP.  With that said, I have made the appropriate people within HP aware of your question.
