HP Support - Warrenty Expired Dispute - Keeps saying "HP Support Having Issues - Try Back Later"

HP Recommended
Pavilion 590
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all,

Not sure where to put this so put in here.  This is actually a question about HP Support itself.  I got this new desktop as a refurbished item this weekend and should come with a 90 day warranty, but it says it expired back in July.  I went to the place to dispute and put in all the needed info, but every time I've tried to submit, it tells me HP Support is having Issues and to try back later.  I've been trying for the past 5 days and still down.  Anyone have any insights?
