Hallo, seit der Neuanschaffung funktioniert das Tool nicht.
Vom Support wurde mir gesagt, dass ich den Rechner "Neu" aufsetzen soll. Gibt es denn wirklich keine andere Möglichkeit, das defekte Tool -  HP Sure Click - zu deinstallieren oder auch zu gehören?
Danke für Infos.
