HP abandons customers who bought PCs in 2016, when it comes to HP Orbit?

So a year or less after I bought one of the best HP tower PCs, HP comes out with the HP Orbit app and doesn't provide it as an update for my PC. If HP abandons updates like that for recent customers, why should customers be loyal to their brand? I have been buying HP equipment for a couple decades, but apparently that is not valued by this company.  Why must the HP Orbit app be pre-installed to work in an HP Windows 10 PC?

This worked. Why didn't HP simply provide the link and make it very public for HP PC customers with Windows 10? This worked very easily. I have already transferred files with it. Thank you so much for the help. All the documentation I saw said HP Orbit would not work unless it came pre-installed on your 2017 HP PC.
