HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

I am unable to download the HP smart app for HP Envy 4500.  Continue to receive an error message when attempts to go online. It is working on wifi.  Would like this option to scan wirelessly to and from my MAC destop.
