HPDM SHADOW DEVICE ERROR

Hola.

Quiero hacer conexión a mi HP ThinClient T430 por HPDM Consolé pero al momento que envió la tarea Shadow Device me genera el código de error: 14004132, Detalles de error: Error en el proceso de creación de VNC, lo que he consultado es que toca update el agente pero también me genera el siguiente código de error: 1068032. A que se debe estos errores y cual seria la solución? Quedo atento a su colaboración.
