HP Pavilion AIO Doo14 27

I am trying to attach a regular size keyboard and better mouse to my AIO: Doo14 27. Model 9ED41AA

If the keyboard and mouse are "wired" they will have cables with USB port that you plug into USB ports on the back and/or bottom of the AIO screen.

If they are WiFi, they will have come with a little plug (known as a Dongle) that you plug into a USB port on your AIO. Windows should then detect the devices and install the driver software needed.

The current keyboard and mouse have a built in link to the AIO. Because of that inner link, any wireless keyboard or mouse I try to link only work sporadically. I had hoped an AIO user could assist me with how to unlink the built in elements to use a different keyboard and mouse.
