How to change the scenic graphics that come before sign in?

HEY ALL YOU GUYS OUT THERE.....I want to remove the annoying array of scenic graphics that come up before I sign in each morning, and the repeated question 'Do I like it or not?'  I want to replace it with photos of my own or something else, anything else, actually.  Suggestions???  Some one out there has to know, right?

Right-click on desktop, select Personalize -> Lock screen.

Under Background, select Picture or Slideshow to use your own picture(s) as the background for your lock screen.

That suggestion worked, but NOT on the screen that comes up when you first wake the unit up, BEFORE signing in.  It worked only on the screen AFTER I enter my password.  I need the get rid of the screen that comes up as soon as you move the mouse,

BEFORE entering my password.
