How to fix keyboard delay for a video game

Hello, so I own a HP All-in-One 24-dd0xxx and I've been play a game called league of legends on it for about a year now.... when suddenly whenever I get in to game the keyboard clicks delay for about 3-5 seconds... I have no idea what to do to fix this problem I've tried getting a new keyboard which didn't work either! any ways to help fix this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Try creating a new account in windows, make it local (do not use an email) and give it administrator privilege.  

Log out and back in to the new account and see if that fixes the problem.

If you have 3rd party items to add (custom mouse, joystick, etc) add them one at a time and see if the problem occurs.
