How to get 5953-5592 tech bulletins?!

There is a mysterious HP 5953-5592 tech bulletin as described in Computer Focus February 1984 page 9. I am interested in connecting HP-41 to HP 85A, I have HP-IL but do not know the details. Does anyone have this bulletin or know where I can get it?
