How can I get to the drivers needed so that my computer will acknowledge the keyboard and mouse?
I’ve found out from online researching that the keyboard and mouse drives may be missing and that the drivers are stored in “Device Manager.” But my problem is that I can’t access anything on my computer because neither the keyboard nor the mouse are attached to the computer. Please help.

hi

Among other things, what you should know...
did the computer work perfectly, is the problem new, following manipulation, etc.?

A keyboard, and a mouse, are of the plus and play type
when you connect a keyboard, a mouse, you should not need to install drivers, the computer will start, and windows should automatically install the hardware..
Have you checked if they work with another computer..
have you tried all the usb ports, possible?
can you try/borrow a keyboard, and a mouse, to test.?
