Huawei Nova Plus software, "HiSuite"

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 500-118 Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been struggling with this issue since November, 2016.

My HP Pavilion 500-118 desktop PC, product number H6V26AA#ABL operating on Windows 10 Home 64-bit does not connect with my mobile device (Huawei Nova Plus) using the Huawei software, "HiSuite".

However,  my wife's,  Compaq Presario CQ5110F Desktop PC, product number NP185AA-A2L, operating on Windows 10 Home 32-bit does connect to my my mobile device (Huawei Nova Plus) using the Huawei software, "HiSuite".

Can someone please explain why my PC will not connect to my mobile device (Huawei Nova Plus) using the Huawei software, "HiSuite" but my wife's PC will connect to my mobile device?  Thank you.

This is just a community self-help forum staffed by volunteers.

We have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with Huawei provided software, you would have to contact their support forum.

Good Luck

Hi I have the same trouble and my HP can't connect with my Huawei mobile phone. HiSuite sometimes doesn't work well. I prefer other softerware to manage my files on my phone... You can have a try...(MobileGo, Apowersoft Phone Manager...) An article for your reference :
