I cannot see iTunes Store content on my computer. I can see my Library, but nothing else.

HP Recommended
HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-0014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I first installed iTunes last Fall it worked and I made a purchase, but now I can only view my Library so something has changed. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling from Microsoft store, but to no avail. HP Support Assistant does not provide a diagnostic tool to remedy the problem.

That's because iTunes is an Apple Computer product and HP would have no way of diagnosing or fixing any issues with their products.


For help with iTunes, you have to contact an Apple Computer support forum.
