HP 24-B010 touch
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, when I was on zoom, I was not able to locate the camera.  After looking in the device manager, there is no camera device listed.  Is there a way I can download the software/drivers for this model?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
To resolve this issue, reinstall the Intel RealSense application from HP Recovery Manager.

NOTE: Depending on the model of your computer and its configuration, your Recovery Manager screen might vary.

  1. Use the Windows 10 search box to search for HP Recovery Manager.
  2. Click on HP Recovery Manager to open it.
  3. Open HP Recovery Manager.
  4. Select the Reinstall drivers and/or applications option.
  5. Locate and select the RealSense application.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.

If the issue persists, follow the next steps.

Install Camera drivers from here: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-pavilion-24-b000-all-in-one-desktop-pc...

  • And, also check for Camera switch which will be located next to the camera or rear of the camera.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thanks for your reply.  I tried both but it still can' find the camera.  I downloaded the camera driers.  There was no Real Sense application in the recovery manager.  Any other suggestions?
