Hello, @CeeDearlove - Hope you are well Smiley Happy

Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips.

I see that you are trying to connect your PS3 to your HP all-in-One using the HDMI port. I will certainly do my best to help you with this issue Smiley Happy

Are you trying to connect the HDMI port on the PS3 to the HDMI port on the laptop? I wouldn't recommend this because the HDMI port on the back of the PS3 is an HDMI out port, and the HDMI port on the laptop, unless otherwise noted, is also an HDMI out port.

But, if you want to the display of the PS3 to go to the laptop screen, using the HDMI port on the PS3. Good news, you’re in luck. There are several “capture cards” available to purchase which will take the HDMI signal coming from the PS3 and send it to the laptop via USB. The laptop, which must have the capture card software installed, will then record, or in a pinch display, the screen of the PS3.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Good luck Smiley Happy
