@shelleyleegreen,

When you created your initial setup, you were offered/allowed:

1) logon password

2) security challenge

3) PIN number setup.

 

If you type in the PIN several times, and it's wrong, the unit defaults to the security challenge.

You could also toggle the input to accept your original login password.

Any other assist beyond the parameters listed above would be illegal. and certainly you would not condone such.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you have forgotten the pin for the computer and you are unable to login to the computer now.

 

Don’t worry, we will work together to resolve this issue and It’s a pleasure to assist you in this regard.

 

Follow the steps in the below article to reset the pin/password.

NOTE: Steps are same for Windows 10 as well.
