Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased Microsoft Home Office with my new computer in 2021. I need to download it again. Microsoft said they can't help me. How can I download it again? Thank you.

I am all set. I found my original order with download link and key.

How come they can't help?
You bought office, in fact a license, right?
the problem is not, I think for the download, but more for the activation key, if you don't have it?

there are several versions, what did you buy exactly?

I have the Activation Key. MS said they didn't have it.
I'm not sure of the version. I downloaded in 11/2021.
