Hi
Did not look at your PC's specs.
1703 has caused problems with PC's having specific hardware configurations.
I would say you should wait until Microsoft determines your PC is good to go.
Don't force the update by manually installing the update prematurely. Microsoft will push the update to your PC when the time is right.
Your PC may never receive the update if there is a hardware anomaly.
