ISSUE WITH PC & PRINTER/SCANNER CONNECTION.

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b010 (Touch)
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

THE PRINTER IS RECOGNIZED BY THE PC.

THERE ARE ERROR MESSAGES ON THE PC WHEN I WANT TO PRINT AND ON THE SCANNER WHICH DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE PC.

HOWEVER I CAN PRINT USING OTHER DEVICES

What is your printer ? Have you installed its drivers/software on your computer yet ? Are they on a same network ? Please try HP Smart first. You can install HP Smart on your computer:

 

   (a) Use Windows Store,

   (b) Search for HP Smart,

   (c) Get/install it on your computer.
