The password login is not needed in my household and I find it useless. Is there a way to bypass it?

Hi,
Open windows Control Panel, open User Accounts, click Remove your Password, enter the current password and then click the Remove Password button.

Answers available were from 5 years ago. Now it's 2016 and there's not a way I can find to remove password from the control panel from the instructions given. Is there aother way to avoid constantly re-logging on at home?
