Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14t-dh200 CTO

So, I have a windows 10, not sure which exactly.

 

Some 3 or 4 weeks ago my laptop malfunctioned after a laptop update, It now is just stuck being in restart mode, it just keeps showing the HP load up screen, butbthen goes to a red "Reseting" screen and turns off and repeats this over and over.

 

I tried leaving it alone thinking it was due to uodate, but it doesnt load anything. It just turns on, put on HP loading, then resets and turns off. I can't even enter safety mode, it doesn't work.

 

I tried to do all the reset options but my password(s) isnt working, so I am not sure if there is a way to reset the laptops system or updates without being an administrator? Or am I really in trouble?
