I bought my laptop at a best buy in my area around this time last year. The only problem (besides my current situation) i’ve ever had with this device is when it displays on the screen that my device died but it was plugged in the charger or it was half charged.
anyway, I had my laptop in my back pack in my closet on my shelf since May because school ended. I took it out to print something off 1 month ago and it worked fine. Turned on fine, charged fine, no problems. put it back in the same place till i took it out a couple of days ago and it wouldn’t turn on and the light by the charging port wouldn’t turn on either when charged. i’m not fully for sure if it’s even charging so idk what the problem is.
PLEASE if anyone has any idea how to fix this issue please let me know!!
FYI i have never dropped it, spilled anything on it, no damages what’s so ever
