The normal PC/laptop would not have a drive E: that is used for anything.  Also being that it is 450MB leads one to question just what that is.  Most likely not a hard drive but possibly a CD or a memory card.  Please state the model number of this PC.  Check the memory card slots for a used memory card.  If this is a desktop PC, then probably a card reader is giving that message.

Here is the support page for the model 700-060 Ea

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03824427

A normal desktop such as that one has a C: drive for normal use, a 😧 drive for Recovery Partition and then the DVD drive would be E:, so there most likely is a CD that was left in the drive.

Otherwise there is a memory card in one of the card readers.

I have the same issue. My computer is an HP Envy 700. There is no CD/DVD in the drive and no memory card in any of the slots.

Here is the message I have been receiving....

Low Disk Space

***You are running out of disk space on Local Disk E:

***Click here to see if you can free space on this drive.

***Windows Explorer

Local Disk E: is 449MB

Three folders appear in the Local Disk E:

***$RECYCLE.BIN

***Recovery

***System Volume Information

When I double click on these folders a box pops up stating:

***Location is not available

***E:\System Volume Information is not accessible

***Access is denied

@saf56and @ulyesses  On a clean Windows 10 install, the drives situation should be as described earlier.  On an upgrade from Windows 7 or Windows 8, sometimes there is a different number of drives.  Both of you look in "Disk Management" and report back as to what that drive E: is labeled.

What you are seeing is the "System Recovery" partition.

It is needed if you ever want/need to reinstall Windows.

Normally, there is no drive-letter, such as 'E:', assigned to this partition.

Open "Disk Management", and remove the drive-letter assignment, and the error-message should not repeat.

That "removal" will NOT affect the contents of that partition.
