MY BLUETOOTH KEEPS DISSAPEARING AND I CAN'T TURN IT ON!!!

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 570-p020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever since I purchased my computer, My Bluetooth has kept disappearing and unable to turn on or function. I have brought it in once and nothing could be found to fix it. I have tried EVERYTHING and the only thing that works is sometimes shutting it down, opening it up, blowing and smacking it then reboot...option reappears 95% of the time. Why does my Bluetooth keep disappearing and not work? I have even wiped and re installed MANY times windows 10! HELP

@jonestaurus75

Windows 10 updates may cause few problems specially Audio and Networks. Please try to download the following Intel Bluetooth Driver (Windows 10)  and install to your machine

I just shut down for 5 minutes, opened it up, blew on the board and sat it back up...My bluetooth is back again...but for how long?  I don't get it.  Why would blowing on the board work just to get the option of turning the bluetooth on???  I'm confused
