MY hp pavilion makes a weird sound when runing

pavilion 500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i turn on my pc it starts making a weird water wispering sound and acks with evry thing i do.

if i move the muse it stops if i dont move the muse it dose it agin if i lunch some thing it stops for 1 sec then starts agin.

and the creepy thing is if i plog in my head phonse i can here the sound thro the head phonse its olmost like a proseser sound.

i dont know what to do iv blown out my pc so its clean iv looked at evry thin thare is nothing rong that i can see so please if you can help that will be much helpfull.

NOTE the cpu fan has been replased and it stil makes the sound.

Creepy that it happened to you on All Hallow's Evening (October 31).  :Wink:

 

But, that shows that you have an electrical interference problem, not a mechanical problem (such as the noise from a spinning fan).

 

If you are using a wireless keyboard and/or mouse, temporarily replace them with "wired" equivalents.

 

If you have external speakers, move them away from the computer.

 

If your computer has an external power-supply "brick", move it away from the speakers & the computer.

 

Are all your plugs (monitor, computer, speakers, printer) plugged into a power-bar, to ensure that the devices have the same "ground" voltage ?

 

Do you have a router with wireless capability too close to your computer?
