Hello I bought this laptop 2 years back and at that I didn't know that it is free the microsoft office home & student for the new buyer of ho laptops.... But at that I've not activated the MS office home& student because it always shows that you'll need an code.

But now I know that if that sticker which is on the keyboard says that "Microsoft(with symbol) includes : Office Home & Student ... Don't forget to activate....

I think it means I have an software for laptop but not activated .... Yes, it's too late to know conferm that but that sticker has value i think. I think that's why HP apply that on the each laptop.

I need solution. Hope you'll help as soon as possible.

You should be able to activate it by logging into your microsoft account.  If you do not have one the create on and the download will show up
