Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Two months ago I was able to run these Windows programs, but no longer.
Here are the 7 problems that I think they are ALL related.
I ran a sfc/scannow and sfc/scannow /r

1. Microsoft Management Console (not responding)
2. Microsoft help and support (stop responding)
3. This program is blocked by group pcolicy Error Code: 0x 800704 EC
4. Local group policy Error (not responding)
5. Computer Management is not responding.
6. HelpPane.exe not responding
7. C:\Windows\hh.exe not responding

OS: Windows 7 Pro.
HP Pro 3130 Microtower PC
Product #: LA056UT#ABA
Serial #: [serial number removed]

Application Name: hh.exe A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.
