Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...
First off, you need to give us the model number of your PC, not your monitor -- as that does not help.
Second, are you REALLY running Windows XP -- because that is what you claim?
Third, we need to know the actual OS version you are running, and how OLD is the PC?
We can proceed when you provide the information.
