Product: HP EliteOne 800 G6 27 All-in-One PC (9JE95AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My PC ( HP EliteOne 800 G6 27), does not recognise my new Motorola G34 phone when connected by USB or by Bluetooth. It has previously recognised my Motorola E6 and E13.  Microsoft help and HP Support Assistant say all of my drivers are up to date and no further drivers are necessary. My other PCs, a HP17ca1 (Win 11 home) and HP 260 G2 DM (Win 10 Pro), both recognise the Motorola G34.

 

Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
