My screen has been hit. The screen is covered with colour lines. How do I repair the damage?

Unfortunately, unless you purchase a Care Pack from HP, and even then, it would depend on the details of that coverage, screen damage is not covered by the HP warranty because it does not cover accidental damage.

But to be certain, and to find out what you need to do to get the screen replaced, you need to start by contacting HP Customer Support.
