My storage is being used by something I cant see

There is a folder under users that says it's taking up 71GB from my C drive when I click on properties, but then the total storage use of all the files inside that only add up to 7GB which really confused me as I want to know where my 64GB which is half of my C drive just vanished?

we have no way of accessing your PC, so there is no way we could possibly tell you what is using up that storage.

In addition, I have found the utility Cleanmgr+ to have LOTS of options for removing Windows junk, including log files. I use it practically every day. You can get it from here:
