New desktop very slow to load pages

HP Recommended
Pavilion 570-p054
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New desktop slow to load pages.   It came with 4GB RAM, and should be able to add to total no more than 16GB RAM.  If I do that, will it improve the speed of the computer?   There are so many 8GB sticks available and I have no idea what to choose from.  Any recommendations on what to buy?

Typically computers have reached new levels of improvement so a 4 GB with of RAM should be enough. However if not that this link should support the extra RAM you feel the system might need.

In addition, it may not be a RAM issue at all as this is a new computer, one may need to adjust the temp file settings, adjust the amount of cookies store on to the hard Drive and more. Often I find me self having to shut down or turn off background programs via the "taks manger" from here one can see what could be drawing memory from your system without you even knowing it.

For more in-depth adjustments, one would need to locate the system sevices and adjust the win10 auto update as these updates can and will continue to run in the computers background and slow your system down until the updates have been completed. I would set aside at least 24 hours after powering up the new system as to allow for the system to completely update before starting web search or soft procedures.

Unhappily your processor is a low perfomance model. See the chart.
