Product: Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I purchased a New Envy All in One. I also Purchased Office 2019 Home. I had put it on my desk top . Now that my new computer arrived  I am not able to transfer it to my new computer so I had it for only 3 days and cant use it.  Customer service told me it would be transferable as soon as I uninstalled it. That only removed it from my old computer and now it says that the key has been used and will not allow me to use on either machine.

Hi,

Please contact Microsoft for any help with your MS Office license, which depends on their software and not on the computer itself.
