Product: OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-224
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Does anyone know how I might be able to play Blu-Ray discs on my device? I know it can play them, as I did just that a few years ago, but I cannot for the life of me remember how I did it. I've tried both of my media players (Windows Media Player and CyberLink Power Media Player 14) along with every tutorial I can find that doesn't involve downloading a potential virus... but nothing is working. Am I missing something? Could it be an issue with my actual disc drive? Any help is greatly appreciated.
