Ordered the $30 Off on Laplink PCmover Professional but can't find it on my new desk top hp computer

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just received my computer but can't find any directions of how or where to get to the Laplink PCmover professional that I thought I ordered and is listed on the order/build sheet that came with the computer. I tried to call service and they sent me to sales and the call was dropped. I called sales and they sent me back to service and the call was dropped. Neither offered any help other than service said I needed a code but sales did not respond to that question.

Have any of you ordered the Laplink pc mover with your new computer and if so did it come on the computer or as an extra item? 

What did you do and what do I need to do to find it, make it work, etc.

Thanks for any help and hope so as I need to move the old computer off the desk.
