Hi,

I have bought my laptop in 2016 and its an hp envy x360 which came with a pre-installed microsoft office.

Its been 3 years and recently formatted the laptop but accidentally removed my office as well. And now, i cant find a way to re-install on my laptop  as i don't have any product key.

Any help in this regard would be great?

Thanks,

Deepika

Office 2016 came in two radically different form factors: (1) local install, (2) Click-to-Run (CTR).  While the functionality is basically the same, the key difference is the activation key.  With (1), you have a copy of that key that came with the PC, usually printed on a card, and you use that.  With (2) you have an email from MS containing the key, and you use that.

Either way, we here have no access to HP supplied MS Office keys, and can not send you anything.

For assistance with this, you need to contact HP Customer Support directly to see what they can do for you.
