HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y1AV)

Hello,

Suddenly my Microsoft 365 applications have started asking for Product Key to activate the word, excel and other applications. However, my Windows 11 is showing as activated.

Could someone please help me how can I activate my Microsoft 365 applications. I tried login with my Microsoft account but it's still not allowing me to use the application.

Thanks!

Log into your microsoft account and click on "View All Subscriptions"

Look for Microsoft 365 and click "manage"

If you purchased it outright, then look down at bottom and expand "Order History"

Trial versions of 365 generally expire after 30 days.

If you don't renew your Office 365 subscription, you'll lose access to all the Office apps and services that are included in your subscription. This means you won't be able to create new documents, edit existing ones, or access any online storage that's included in your.

I have also read that If you fail to renew the subscription you have 121 days before all is deleted.
