Product: HP Pavilion Desktop TP01
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased a year's subscription for Microsoft 365 when I bought my new desktop in April from hp.com.

Because I had the one-month free subscription, I used that. I haven't used the computer much this summer so I never got around to installing the purchased version.

Sometime in the last few months, I deleted the email that had the product key.

I cannot find a way to contact anyone in customer support to get that information. I tried chatting on facebook messenger but the person stopped responding to me. 

Is there anyway to get the product key?

Microsoft 365 is a product from Microsoft. Who did you pay ? Normally when you subscribe for 1 year license Microsoft will send you a product key to activate.
