HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C8AV)

I called you guys on Saturday of last week(Jan 7th), I was told by one of your members who I spoke to over the phone that a refund would be processed on Monday of the following week(Jan 9th). It still shows the service active and no sign of email or confirmation on my refund besides what the guy said over the phone, that the refund would be processed on Monday and I would get it by today(Jan 11). Still NO signs of the REFUND. I never used this service so it was basically useless to have, so therefore I want my friend for it.
