I had problems with my computer and took it back to the place of purchase. They did a factory reset, which didn't actually put it back to what i originally had when it came out of the box. All the originally installed HP software like Recovery Manager is gone. 

 

All i want to do is be able to play DVD/Blue Ray on the computer like i could before. If your answer to my problem is go buy more software then please don't respond because that will only result in me being more angry, frustrated and dissapointed than i already am.

See if installing this software allows you to play DVD's and blue ray disks...
