HP OMEN - 25L Gaming Desktop

To preface this is the first PC I have owned and first time installing OS

I recently purchased a new HP OMEN - 25L (Model: GT15-0324) desktop from best buy, Not being a fan of Windows 11, I wanted to roll back to Windows 10. Following installation via USB I had trouble mapping drives for the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth adapters, as windows couldn't scan for them and the manufactures didn't host the drivers (I ended up finding them via forums of people asking for them).

The following day after turning the PC on I experienced:

 - none of my startup applications ran

 - my task bar was empty of pins

 - Programs functioned slow

 - Web Browing was extremely slow to load anything (Ethernet+500GB down)

I decided to try a fresh install again thinking I had messed up something during the first time, and now the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers aren't recognized when I use the ones I had backed up on the cloud.

I would very much like to use windows 10 but should I bite the bullet and install 11 to alleviate these issues?
