yes, certainly, how did you come to that?
Please don't call..
Try to ask for help in a community specialized in viruses
Or go see a professional, it is sometimes possible to get rid of it without having to reinstall the computer
in the meantime, you may need to modify your usernames / passwords saved in your different accounts

I've removed the image that included the phone number.

Yes - it does seem obvious that someone would not call a scammer - and yet, it has happened.

We don't allow posting phone numbers for that reason.
