HP Spectre - 13-af000nf
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I bought an HP spectre 13 af0xx laptop and have had it for 3 years.

The computer worked very well under windows 10.  Except that since the switch to windows 11 about a year ago, with each update I automatically lose the touchpad driver.

At first, this happened infrequently, but for the past 6 months, it's been happening almost every 2 weeks.

I've already tried downloading more recent versions from support.hp.com but there's no driver available for my Windows 11 model.

In addition, every time I update my computer, it automatically deletes the "mice and pointing devices" driver in the device manager.
So I can't update the Synaptics 19.5.35.41 driver, and my HP support assistant doesn't detect any driver problems, so it tells me that all drivers are up to date.

You'll find screenshots below showing this.

Could you please tell me how to recover my touchpad driver and get it working again?
