System - Failed - 90EG2J-0008NL-PXPAXG-60XN03

I Refreshed my sysytem i was having problems with dns server / hp support assistant came up with this

 

System  -  Failed  -  90EG2J-0008NL-PXPAXG-60XN03  -  7/31/2017

Mouse  -  Failed  -  90EG2J-0008NL-PXPAXG-G1WA03  -  7/31/2017

 

went to F2 -DIAGNOSTIC NO ERROR CODES ?

tHE Only thing that showed up ( Warning ) on Network Diag no code

----------------------------------------------------------------

How do I turn on my NETWORK ACCESS PROTECTION AGENT?

I understand you are having issues with your HP Desktop PC. Don't worry we'll work together which should help you resolve this issue.

 

You've performed the hardware test and it resulted with the failure ID, 90EG2J-0008NL-PXPAXG-60XN03

  

Here's what the ID represents:  Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

Here's what the ID represents: Mouse Button Failure

 

I would personally suggest this could be a possible hardware failure with the PC. In this scenario, I would suggest you contact our HP phone support for having the unit repaired.

 

HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true

(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.

(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.

(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.

(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get the phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
