Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
UNABLE TO OPEN SETTINGS ASKING FOR ADMIN CREDENTIALS.
AND unable to enter those credentials too because there is no option for entering the credentials. It's only showing no option.
Someone respond asap.

Windows 10 pro, whenever I try open or click or select settings nothing restricted, just normal settings it's asking for admin credentials and there is no way I can enter the credentials since the only option available is no there is no yes option. I cannot even enter the admin credentials.
