Hey.
My USB port at the back side of my computer seems not to recognize any usb device that I connect,
the power is on but it does not respond.
tried to update the computer via Windows Updates and HP support

@AizeBZe -- yes, USB ports do fail, either at the socket, or where the socket connects (or is no longer connected) to the motherboard, or at the electronic circuits inside the motherboard. There is nothing that you can do, except to use a different USB port, or to purchase a "USB-expander" (connects to one USB socket on your computer, and provides multiple USB sockets for your devices.
