Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv0000 (46P38AV)

Hi 

I am trying to download an external editing software that is unavailable on app store but my Pavilion Laptop 14-dv0xxx won't let me download I have troubleshooted and looked online, it keeps taking me to a list of apps available on my software

sometimes, there can be problems if you have a windows s version, is this not the case?

what exactly are you trying to download, link?
Is the problem downloading or installing?
error message ?
