I've been trying to update to the last version of the HP Support Assistant ( sp113820.exe) in my HP ProOne 400 G2 20-in Non -Touch Ai0, but I keep getting the message "Failed to extract cab". Is there any solution for this before I start trying Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine?

How "full" is your computer's disk-drive?

Did you download that CAB file from the Internet?

Can you download that CAB onto a different computer, and copying it to a USB memory-stick, and then comparing this download to the CAB file on your computer?

 

Windows has a command-line utility, e.g., FC  C:my-file E:copy-of-my-file

that is useful to compare two files -- one in the current folder on "C:" and one on the USB-stick's "E:" drive-letter.
